The subject property is legally described as Lot 109, Skimmer Point Phase III, as Recorded in Plat Book 074, Page 079, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (32/31/16/82276/000/1090) Variance Request: To reduce the left-hand one-third setback requirement by 9.67 feet to 17 feet to allow for a proposed new catwalk and boat lift to be installed on the left-hand side of a proposed new dock.

3.b.  V21-02: Larry Youngblut, 1860 53rd Street South, Gulfport, FL 33707. The subject property is legally described as Lot 4, Miller's C.R. No. 1 Replat, as recorded in Plat Book 022, Page 030, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (28/31/16/57960/000/0040) Variance Request: a) To reduce the required separation distance between the primary structure (house) and the proposed accessory structure by 10 feet from 12 feet to 2 feet; and b) To reduce the required rear yard setback distance by 12 feet, from 15 feet to 3 feet to allow for the installation of a 20' x 30' accessory structure (steel carport) over existing brick pavers.
