The subject property is legally described as Lot 109, Skimmer Point Phase III, as Recorded in Plat Book 074, Page 079, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (32/31/16/82276/000/1090) Variance Request: To reduce the left-hand one-third setback requirement by 9.67 feet to 17 feet to allow for a proposed new catwalk and boat lift to be installed on the left-hand side of a proposed new dock. |
